Our Story

A place that
stays open for you

Hummingbird Cafe started with a simple observation: Crivitz didn't have a place that felt like it was made for people — not just customers. So we built one.

We open at dawn for the coffee drinkers, the remote workers, the early risers who want a quiet corner and a proper pour-over. We stay open through the evening for the cocktail people, the friends catching up, the neighbors who want somewhere to linger.

No pretense. No dress code. Just good drinks, warm light, and the kind of atmosphere where you actually want to stay.
